Help - User Accounts (WXP-Pro)

I relative wanted to change the user passwords and i said id help her. I opened the user accounts in <control panel> andjust a blank screen came up...help !

This isn't a fix but may be a work around. try
Start, run and type in control userpasswords2 and hit OK. That should bring up the classic user control panel like in win 2k.
