I just renewed my Tweak Manager and I can't figure out how to get my program to update my plugins. It still says that I need to renew it, so can some one please tell me how to do it?

WHY DON'T YOU DO THE SAME FOR ME ?
I PAID, YOU INVOICED ME AND SEND ME A LICENSE KEY, BUT NOTHING ELSE.
NOW I'VE BEEN SENDING MAILS EVER SINCE, UNSUCCESSFULLY ASKING YOU TO UNLOCK MY REGISTRATION !
I CAN DO PRACTICALLY NOTHING WITH TWEAK MANAGER WITHOUT UPDATING !
MY ORDER NUMBER IS #44464515.

I have the same problem AND I had the same problem 2 years ago.
It takes AGES to have it straightened out.
People should get what they paid for IMMEDIATELY, else they might as well go to a store and buy the product there.

I just renewed my subscription and am not able to authenticate - in order to receive downloads. It says I have to renew - which i did approimately 8 hours ago.

I sent you an email/ticket asking for help and have received no response.

Please sort this mess out - take a look at how many complaints you have. If I had seen these before I would not have renewed my subscription.

Looking forward to hearing from VERY soon.
