forget admin password (WXP-Pro)

my friend has just one user on his windows XP
this user is the administrator
but he fogot the password and cann't enter to his computer?

for normal practice do not use default administrator account . create another administrator user account and prevent forgotten password into diskette for default administrator account.in case u forgot u still have default administrator to delete password.
