New learner of scripting...help needed (All)

Hi, I am a new hardcore learner of scripting. I am gn to start learning now. So can anybody plz help me or guide me by tellling how to start and share any userful website or pdf books..

There is an awesome website called Winguides (<a target="_blank" href=http://www.winguides.com>CLICK HERE</a>) that has a "Scripting Guide" that would be great for getting you started. I use scripting a lot at work to automate tasks and I learned everything I needed to know from Winguide's "Scripting Guide". The site is a little hard to find, but well worth the effort of tracking down.
