does registry mechanic need to be in the system tray (minimized) for it to optimize my Pc? What is the difference between closing registry mechanic and minimizing it to the system tray? it might be just me but i feel my Pc is faster when registry mechanic is in the system tray.

It does not need to autostart at boot-up or run minimized in the systray. Actually, stuff running in the systray tends to slow performance.
