mailto: link on webpages (All)

Is it possible to tweak the registry so that I can invoke a Gmail, Yahoo Mail or other web based e-mail session when I click on a mailto link? I currently have Hotmail & Outlook Express available in Control Panel - Internet Options - Programs - E-mail. I would like to be able to have the options of Gmail and Yahoo Mail if it is possible. I have done a search on this site but perhaps I did not enter the correct search terms?

Any help is most appreciated.

I've tried it and the only thing that works is the link in a page calls only the E-Mail Client set as default in the Internet Options settings.
