running an app on a certain day (WXP-Pro)

Hello

I Have Assit Navigator but to audit the clients in runs an exe, I am new to scripting so I am lost, what i need to do is run the exe say every wednesday if the day is not equal to this then nothing happens.
I am sure this is an easy thing to do I just do not know where to start.

In Control Panel, go to Scheduled Tasks, and setup a new task.
