Outlook Express problem (WXP-Home)

In OE I cannot go to any links in the e-mail or newsletter, even the link to Microsoft on the web under Help does not work. Thanks for any suggestions.

Open IE and click on Tools > Options > Security tab and make sure:

1) Internet Zone is checked

2) Do not allow attachments .... is not checked

3) Block images and other external content ... is not checked

4) Apply
