We are using internet explorer to open tif files via an active x control. IE keeps bring up the Information Bar(blocked content). We allow the blocked content and the tif image appears but every time a person opens a tif image the Information Bar appears. I have checked the IE settings and the “Run Active X Controls and Plug-ins” setting is enabled.
Does anyone know how remove this message for Tif active x controls?
You are probably using an unsigned control. You will either have to get it signed or change the option: "Script Active-X Controls not Marked as Safe" from "Prompt" to "Allow" in your Intranet Zone.

I checked "Initialise and script Active X controls not marked as safe" and it is already on enable. i also reduced the security to Low-Medium but still the same. Please note the Tiff files are saved to local hard disk before opened in IE.
I have also turned off Pop-up Blocker.
any other suggestion?
thaks
