Bootup (W98)

Upon bootup of 98, I encounted a error..
It would display Cannot Find Win.com, so it would start command prompt. But when i navergate my way, to WIN.COM and it say's cant find himem.sys.
What's going on???

In command prompt, type: scanreg /restore

Find an earlier restore point and go back to then. Hopefully that fixes it!
