i cant format my flash (All)

hi all
pls i dont kow what happeened to my flash memory(msm 256MB V2.0)i cant format it or put data in it and move any data from it to my pc it gives "write protection" it does not has any prtection write micanically!!!!
in dos i coud not formatted also
pls fdisk or any format how???

Try doing the format on another computer. Does that work?

thnx but i did that in pc has XP and other has ME !!
some one tell me that flash is died!!!

Could be it. Another thing you could try is uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for it. Consult your instruction manual for this info.
