I recently renewed my RM subscription but never received any reactivation or key information. Is this something that I need?
Part of my problem may be that I'm using a backup computer while my primary computer is being repaired. Originally, I downloaded RM onto my primary computer where it still resides. With that in mind, should I let things alone the way they are. Or would it be wise for my to install the new version of RM of this computer until I get my primary back. Which may take awhile.
Far some reason it's taken Fry's Electronice more than 2 months so far to replace a video card that's under warranty. That was my 1st mistake. Buying a complete system from them. In addition to the video card, ViewSonic has willingly agreed to replace the defective monitor. In addition, the printer doesn't work either. On any computer. We've owned this new Fry's system for 5 months and it's been nothing but trouble compunded by Fry's total unwillingness to do much of anything about it.
