is there one who can tell me the code i need to make a .bat file or any other script that conects to the internet when run so i can put it in the startup folder

I didn't quite inderstand. Programs on startup folder does not need to be able to connect to internet. And what you mean by that you want your script connect to internet? This is too general concept. You can for example put ftp command to script and let ftp to connect to specific ftp server. Or you could use telnet to connect to some telnet server.
