Unexecutable vbs? (WXP-Pro)

I've just started in this wonderful section. And I came up with a problem, you may find it such a minor thing, but I really don't know what to do. I created a .vbs file, but it's opened by a video player program, and I don't know to get it right.
Help, please?

you could try changing the file type so it runs in visual basic not sum player thing
