I am unable to type anything on Internet Explorer nor on any pop up screens which load via Internet Explorer I have removed the programme and reloaded it but still I have the problem, When I click on about it states that there is an unspecified error No 96. Since I cannot write on the Microsoft web Help pages I am unable to find out what this means. I would be most obliged for some guidance. An unhappy Englishman.
