Help bypassing open file security warning (All)

I wrote a simple batch file which basically copies files from one location to another. Problem is when I launch the batch file I get the open file- security warning dialog box. I have to click run for the script to launch. I need to do this for about 250 users and I want to put it into the login script but I want to bypass the security dialog box so the users don't have to click run. How can I do this?
