VB8 GUID Help (WXP-Pro)

After looking through the Tweaks I found the Create you own System Folder. It's actually cool. I like it. Now I have an idea to make a program to do this with ease. I have every thing set up except for the 128 Bit GUID generator. VB8 helps a lot with registry entries. But I need to create a generator of my program. Can any one help.

I use Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
