Activate a Key

When I'm importing a Key I have to restart my PC. But can I immediately activate the key without rebooting ??

Re-initialize the registry without shutting down. This would work unless the key must be activated at startup.

I think that there have to be a little program that can activate a Key.

U can try Reinitializing Explorer. In win95/98 U press

Ctrl+Alt+Del Click End Task on Explorer then when the shut down box appears press ESC and wait till this Prog is not responding.

In WinNT/2000 do the same but after End Task U will have to click on File-New task and type 'explorer' without the quotes
