Simple Script to Connect to Printers by IP (WXP-Pro)

I want to create a simple script that connects a computer to several of the printers we have here in the office. The printers are all the same model, and the drivers are installed on all of the computers, so I just need a script that connects them to each of the printers using the printer IP's - they are not being shared on a server.

Can anybody please help me do this?
