I just purchased Registry Mechanic 5.1 and so far I have not been able to Activate my software. The activation code does not work, and I have not been able to get the help desk to issue me the license code. This maybe a great product, but so far I'm not impressed. I have (3) web tickets out, but no where can I find on this web site to track them.:mad:

This will be my last time buying product from this company.:mad:

Hi Bryan,

What seems to be the problem with the activation?

You have to activate using the CD that has been provided.

And once you activate, a license code will be emailed to you allowing you to register.

You can then upgrade to RM version 6.0

Hey Bryan, any news on your registration? I got mine to work straight away - it was a bit hard to read the code but managed to follow the instructions ok ;)

Did support to get you a new code?
