I have been trying to install Outlook 98 on my Windows ME machine, but I keep getting an error message that tells me my clock and or time is wrong and I need to fix it. Will this isn't true, but when I push the help button it tells me the workaround is to rename the wintrust.dll file. I can't do this because it is always in use. I would appreciate any input on what I can do to disable this dll file. Can I remove it from the registry?
