Is there an autoexec.bat somewhere in windows2000?

If you did a search for it and did'nt find it, I would say...no.

There can be an Autoexec.bat file in Windows 2000, but it doesn't function the same as under Windows 95/98. Basically it is used for setting environment variables like PATH, TEMP etc at startup.
It can be disabled using a registry tweak see http://registry.winguides.com/display.php?162.
