Why can't I 'edit' web pages w/ FrontPage anymore?

I have win98. I have office 2k installed but when i click on the edit button in ie 5, i can only pick from notepad or ultraedit (thats a text/hex editor) but no more FrontPage. Would there be anyway for me to add it? Thanks

under internet options there is an option to choose your default web page editor

Hey I know, but it only shows NotePad and UltraEdit...no FrontPage
