I read an advertisement online, which promoted a program (MySB - My Start Button) that allowed you to change the Value of the tool Tip that appears when you hover your mouse over the start button.

I presume that this value is a registry, and does anyone know what it is?

If u mean " Click Here To Begin" Baloon tip, that's a string value in explorer.exe you can mod. it using Resource Hacker ..google it !
