Okay, probably not your average networking problem:

I have a DLS, wireless, ethanet, router with modem.

There are three main computers that are connected to the internet through it:

Two wireless Apple Mac Laptops. (iBook and Powerbook, G4's)

And a Windows XP computer, connected to the router via ethanet.

They are all able to share the same internet connection at the same time, which is briliant, BUT

I would like to print from the macs, to a printer that is locally connected to the PC. (it's connected to the pc, NOT the router).

Is there a way in which I can find the printer using either of the Macs, so thst i can print?

I hope you can help me to get my network running smoothly. Appart from the printer sharing it's all PERFECT.

Thank you for your time in advance

Daniel

Hey Daniel

What you need to do is install on all computers Netware protocol.
This protocol will enable the computer with different OS to communicate one with another.

Good Luck

Blue screen could happen with a click of a button.

This is not a protocol issue so installing ipx/spx won't address the issue.
