Connect to wireless network but not Internet

I have three PC's, to are networked togeether with a wireless router connected to Cable broadband modem.
Is there a way I can connect my other XP SP2 laptop to the network without letting it access the Internet

All you have to do is to tweak the registry in the internet option connection, just click on proxy. That way, it will try to look for proxy server which you don't have. And it will not access internet or you can tweak the registry by hidding it.
