'Folder' missing on "Send To" when I right-click (W98)

Hello all,
I just had my PC formatted and I have 'send to' with a list of things when I right-click, but it doesn't have 'folder' on the list. You know, I have to copy or cut, I don't have the option to copy-to-folder or send-to 'any' folder. On my Dell (other PC) it has this option, it opens up a box and I can choose any folder to copy files to.
I hope I explained this OK.

Since you had the Operating System re-installed it's possible you lost a third-party software that gave that option. I just looked at TweakUI 1.33 and it wasn't on there.

There was an applet for Win95 and WinNT 4 but not for Win98:

It could have been a leftover if Win98 was an upgrade over Win95.

It was 98SE, he hit fdisk and wiped it and done a clean install....still 98SE. I've been looking at this "Send to X 1.2", they say it works on most 98 machines....I don't think I want it, I'll have to see what all comes with it. I read this one page and it said it's easy to uninstall and works OK.
I'll do something with it....plus I got a lot more to do before I get it the way I want it.

To add more items to your Send To menu simply place a shortcut into your sendto folder.

Unhide all files and folders and search for sendto. When it finds yours, double click it and place your shortcuts in there

Thanks, DanK. I created two subkeys in my registry, 'MoveToFolder' and 'CopyToFolder'. They were absent from my right-click (altogether).
I customized my "sendto" folder already---I appreciate the help, have a good one!
