Disable IE Minimize Button (WXP-Pro)

Hi,

Anyone knows how to disable minimize button at the top right hand corner of IE using registry?
If it cannot be done, then let me know.

Those buttons are used globally in Windows, don't know it can be done for an individual program.

You might check out KIOSK mode if all you want seen is IE.
