Adding paper in print server

hi guys!
I installed a new printer and shared it in print server over the network and used sandard TCP/IP port. All users can connect to its but invalid media type error appear when they are about to print an autoCad drawing. As I checked the available default paper, only A3 & A4 paper size were available. Other users have an A3(full bleed) size as thier default printer paper size. Can somebody guide me how to add new paper sizes from the print server? I am using windows 200 server as our print server.

On the printer right click and select properties, then click printer preferences near the bottom of the page, on the basic tab what does have listed as paper type and media type?

Only A3 and A4 paper type, media type has all the paper sizes. Anyways thanks for your help my friend, to resolve the problem, I delete the old printer and re-installed a new one and created a new port.
