WIN ME Operating RE-INSTALL (WME)

Hi - I have a laptop that was given to me which worked great. There seems to be a problem with a virus. Luckily, I don't have anything on the laptop yet that's of value. I don't have the operating disks for this. Can someone link me to a place where I can download the operating program for WIN ME. Then I will need to know if that's all i need to re-install - and HOW TO re-install.
