Disk defragment needed? (WXP-Home)

I did check disk analyzer from admin tool. It said I need to do disk defragmentation. However,
I constantly download files and delete files (huge chunk of files) Do I still need to do defagmentation of my disk drive???

You do. The processes of downloading, installing and un-installing apps. and files tends to increase the need for defragmentation.
