View Full Version : Microsoft Outlook 2003 - Email Signature issue (WXP-Pro)

We use Microsoft Office XP in my office and all staff have the standardised signatures.

The problem is, that when you forward or reply to some (but not all emails), the formatting gets lost and you are left with plain text which obviously doesn't look good.

In the signature settings, the same signature is listed for both new emails and forwards/replies. As mentioned it works for some emails but not others.

Has anyone else had the same problem? If so, is there anything we can do to rectify the problem?

Thanks

Is this Office XP or Office 2003?

In Outlook you should be able to go to Tools/Options/MailFormat and choose RichText or HTML to send messages. You can also override that option on individual Contacts.
