Hi,
Actually this should be related to Citrix servers but I cannot gather any help for this from any Citrix forums! The details are below.
Just in the mean time, we'd ever changed the printer drivers in 'Win2K' severs; after this, we had a problem, for which we just need to every time choose the paper size again, in our system. But before this, everything was OK that means once we'd selected the corr. paper size, we just did not need to choose again the paper size every time. For instance, we've already selected the corr. paper size in the printer but when we further print out the reports, every time we still need to select that size again and again. The situation is just that the paper size has always been defaulted to 'letter' instead of the size specifically for the report. Do you have any ideas for what has caused such problem?
We're just using Powerbuilder for calling Crystal reports. Actually what kinds of change can lead to such a problem because my colleagues in another site were in charge of controlling the Citrix servers?
Thks & Bst Rgds,
Huamin
