Scheduled Task.job? *.EXE / APP File? (W2K)

Can anyone driect me to the "Task Scheduler Task Object" executable for running a Scheduled Task *.job file?

Seems I have a corrupt registry and when I look at the properties for my *.job files it tells me under the "Opens with:" that there is an UNKOWN APPLICATION it is "registered" to.
