view as webpage problems (W98)

recently my system was infected by redlof.. i partially removed the virus..
As it is apparent that "view as web page" wont work if i delete the desktop.ini & folder.htt file. but to my surprise the virus removed 'folder options' & 'view as web page' option from view menu..
somehow i restored the 'folder option' by editing registry... still 'view as web page' option hasn't appeared. please help

I know it's possible to manually repair your system after a virus but I find that it's way more effort than just reinstalling the OS; furthermore, you have peace of mind that all the virus components are removed.
