Hi, I would really appreciate some help if at all possible. I've had this random shutdown problem for a long time. I haven't completed all the steps in my windows help troubleshooter for shutdown problems because some of the things they say to do I'm afraid to try. Anyway, this is what happens: Sometimes when I try to shutdown after being on the internet or sometimes just playing a game on my computer, it hangs right at the empty wallpaper right before the flash of it is now safe to turn off your computer. When I hit ctl, alt, dlt, the task manager shows: Rundll32 is what isn't responding to the shutdown command. I have to hit ctl, alt dlt until the computer reboots and then it will allow me to shutdown properly. I'm hoping some computer wizard there will know the answer to this unsolveable puzzle. Thanks for your help in advance. It is greatly appreciated.
