Hello Everyone,
I'm having problems with my dos programs to print to lpt4,5,6,7,8,9 .
Printing to lpt1,2,3 is no problem.
The file server is Novell Netware 5.x and novell client is used to capture printer ports, but I even tried it with the net command nothing.
Then I did some modification in the registry
under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS NT\PORTS
I added lpt4,lpt5....9 string values
name : lpt4
type : reg_sz
data :
and it still wont work...
under windows xp sp2 this used to work without any sorta modification the program was able to print to lpt1....9.
Can someone please tell me what to do ?
