Problems with IE6 (WME)

Hi there, I upgraded to internet explorer 6 yesterday, and now every time I click "open link in new window" a new window opens up with nothing in it, even if I click refresh its just blank, I also had a problem with it saying "could not find file iexplore.exe" or something when I opened it on the shortcuts, but I fixed that, can anyone help?
