Security Access to a site quickly to many CPU's (WXP-Pro)

I have a website which I need to allow security access in the Intranet section under the sites section. To avoid problems, since I have over a 100 sets I was wondering if I can do this quicker (i.e. change the registry, export it, and have the users action the reg file.) instead of me sending them a step-by-step instruction.
