Site Blocked on one PC but not another with identical setup (W2K)

I've a site which looks like it uses a javascript form to submit a data to the back end site. One of the PC's in my office works a treat, with no explanation, as all of the rest block it. Anyone have any suggestions as to things to look at?
I am consistently being redirected to a "page cannot be displayed" screen

I would like all PCs to have access to this site.

Identical??? Identical setup maybe.. but maybe this pc got hijacked or post your hjt log and let's see it or scan for spyware, adware, virus to see if you find anything..

Problem solved. there was actually a difference in the IE security patches applied. one of the patches was the problem. rolled it back and it's fine now.

exactly how did you sort the problem out.because i am currently having this problem
