Extend shutdown time (W98)

Hi
I was going to post this in the registry section but it was 'dead'

Could someone please tell me where the registry setting for Win 98 is to extend the shutdown time allowing programs to close without getting the 'program' not responding' screen.
I can find the setting for NT,200 & XP but not 98, it must have one because it's still the standard 20 seconds like the others.

Start, Run, msconfig. Click on the Advanced tab near the lower right. Place a checkmark in the box; Disable fast shutdown.
