Whenever I go into Safe Mode, my keyboard and mouse don't work. I tried to go into BIOS to fix the problem but I don't know where to go in BIOS. I have a Micronpc Computer with Windows ME. I'd really apprecieate it if someone can help me.

Look for USB Keyboard, USB Mouse support, may even be called USB legacy support. It's under advanced chipset features in my award BIOS. I believe these settings enable USB mouse and keyboard support in dos and when in the bios. It doesn't have anything to do with the actual USB Mouse and Keyboard when you are in windows. If you can't get into your BIOS or you find that the keyboard and mouse don't work, that's a good indication that legacy support is disabled. The default settings should be enabled so reseting or clearing the cmos with the jumper should enable them. That or connect a PS2 keyboard and go in and enable them.
PC performance buffs have long measured hardware advances using a few simple metrics: Is it faster? Is it bigger? Does it have more blinky lights?

Bear in mind that Safe Mode does not load a bunch of hardware drives so such things as USB, modem, NIC, etc., as are loaded in Normal Mode will not be available.
