IE registry/ Never dial default connection

Every time I reboot it always defaults to never dial a default connection. I have already deleted all network properties and reinstalled the properties. Deleted the default connection in IE options connections tab and reset it up. Deleted dialup connection in dialup connections properties and made sure that in properties that default connection was checked. So does anyone have the registry key where I can change this to Always dial my default connection
