Need Help with the KEY #

Hi. I'm Rafael Sanchis a Registered user of Registry Mechanic.
Recently my subscription Expired I try to renew it but was impossible pruchase the renew in the pctools site. I decided purchase a new license in other site (Softpedia) I install it but I can't place my new key because the old is there, and the software ask me renew now.

How can I do to place the new key. I try to unistall the all and then install the new but have the same problems.
