Disable Hardware for user (W2K)

I have win 2k Pro and I was just wondering if anyone knows how to diable a specific hardware device for a particular user or users only.

I haven't tried, but you should be able to create multiple hardware configurations. Then users can reboot and select proper configuration for them. As far as I know, you cnanot easily disable some hardware when certain user logs in. Some devices can be stopped with NET STOP command (from logon script), but that requires administrative user rights. And if user is administrator, he/she can start the device again.
