Create new folder in specific name

I got a problem on how to create a new folder in specific name. As all of you know that when we open a new folder, the default name is "folder".
Because I am using a Chinese Win95, but I don't want the default name and I want to change it into "folder" or others in english.
Can anyone tell me how to change it by editing the registry?Thanks a lot!

I also want to know how the change the default "New Folder" name into something else. I need to be able to right click into a DOS based file system and create a new folder but "New Folder" is not an 8.3 name. The problem happens because Windows wants to create the folder first and then ask for a different name. If Windows would ask for a name and then create the folder, I would have this problem.
