Somehow I lost the ability to save the quick launch setting at the bottom task bar. No matter what I change, after re-boot, it goes back to the same setting as before. Seems like it's lock into a default setting from the last successful change I made. I'm running Win 98. I confident someone in this forum knows how to freee this up. Please help. Thanks....
