Operation failed while creating Additional domain controller for an existing domain. Can any one please help out:

Steps taken with dcpromo

Start -> Run -> dcpromo

Additional domain controller for an existing domain

User Name: administrator
Password: *****
Domain name: Domain_Name

Domain Name: Browse - Select the Domain

Database Location: C:\WINNT\NTDS
Log Location: C:\WINNT\NTDS

Sysvol Folder Location: C:\WINNT\SYSVOL

Restore Mode
Password:
Confirm Password:

Configuring Active Directory ...

The Operation failed because:

Failed finding a suitable domain controller for the domain domain_name.com

"The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted."

The error message is pretty clear. It cannot find the original domain controller for that domain.
