When you double click on the
(Default) REG_SZ (value not set) a box opens up, do you type the new title in there? Thanks.
Is Tweak Manager the same as ResHacker?

Within the key Bert noted I find 60 different settings. The first one is "Default" with no set value. Leave that one alone.
The next to the last one is "Window Title". I can right click on the words "Window title" and select "Modify". It is there that I can change mine to what I want.
