Gray boxes appears to the taskbar

I'm having a problem: annoying gray boxes appears to the taskbar after screensaver or full-screen operations. I've tried registery trick for creating a new taskbar, but it didn't help. Any other suggestions?

This is a common problem with Win98. If thats what your using, search for a file called 260067.inf. If u find it, right click it and select Install.

I remember reading that Outlook 98 may also cause this to happen
